They go in-depth on their use of these different exemptions, specifically talking about Reg A, Reg D 506B, Reg D 506C, Reg S, and Reg CF. Charles Towle is an investor, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking professional for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He has special expertise in innovative financial products for SMEs, asset-based lending (ABL), and debt and growth-equity financing for recaps, M&A, hyper growth, and special situations (transaction size: $5M to $500M). His current positions include Managing Partner at US Capital Global, Co-Managing Partner at US Capital Investment Management, LLC, and Division Head and licensed principal CEO of US Capital Global Securities, LLC.

Etan Butler is the charismatic and innovative Chair of Dalmore Group, a FINRA registered national Broker Dealer Investment Bank, founded in 2005. Along with others on Dalmore’s leadership team, Etan has led the meteoric growth of Dalmore, moving from a standard provision of a full range of traditional investment banking services, to industry leading specialization in assisting companies that seek to raise investment capital from individual investors through the SEC’s Regulation D, Regulation A+ and Regulation CF.
