Security Tokens aren’t really the bridge. They are the containers of a set of rules that require the combination of some elements that didn’t exist/weren’t required in the prior ICO phase, namely provable identity, provable ownership and proven/provable eligibility. All of these things meet at the security token.

thanks for the comment. I think I disagree. Security tokens are smart contracts that, in the case of the R-Token or DS-Token, include the regulatory checkpoints. Furthermore, new regulations will need to be implemented as security tokens start…
