Book Club DAO allows anyone to co-author and publish a book for startup teams with our community. They are structured as a DAO based on a Membership NFT. Book Club DAO is a small community of people that come together to work on a book together. They sell memberships as NFTs, and owning one of these NFTs allows you to become a co-author of the book. Nick Spiller is a fundraising coach and podcaster based in Austin, TX. For the last three years Nick was establishing Capital Factory’s investor relations team which has facilitated over 5000 curated meetings between startup investors and their portfolio founders, helped raise 3 funds (1 traditional seed fund and 2 annual accelerator funds) and helped introduce 100+ institutional VC funds to the Texas ecosystem. Today, he’s focused on developing financing methods for startups beyond traditional venture capital that make startup investing a better fit for family offices and individual investors.
